if your employer has all needed documents - yes Non B and Non O based on marriage or child - it can be issued... it cant be issued on education and retirement visas for example.

just to be clear Non B is a Visa - you cannot work until you have a work permit -Anwer *************
OPThanks Daniel I will be going to join company project in Rayong and I believe company can arrange work visa for me as the company has offered employment there.
