Please let me post or kindly advise.
I am Burmese citizen. I got a job that is willing to provide me Non B visa.
But the job want me to come with tourist visa first. I applied tourist visa in Vietnam but got rejected.
My question is can I change to Non B visa if I enter the Thailand with 14 days exempt (Our nationality only got 14 days) with another extension (30 days) ?
TLDR : Answer Summary
A Burmese citizen can enter Thailand on a 14-day visa exemption, but changing to a Non-B visa while on this exemption is challenging. You need more than 15 days remaining on your entry stamp to apply for a Non-B visa in-country. Additionally, Burmese citizens can apply for a 30-day extension on their tourist visa, but specifics depend on embassy requests. Alternatives include exiting to neighboring countries for a new Non-B visa application.
