I am Burmese citizen. I got a job that is willing to provide me Non B visa.
But the job want me to come with tourist visa first. I applied tourist visa in Vietnam but got rejected.
My question is can I change to Non B visa if I enter the Thailand with 14 days exempt (Our nationality only got 14 days) with another extension (30 days) ?
TLDR : Answer Summary
A Burmese citizen may face challenges changing from a 14-day visa exemption to a Non-B visa within Thailand. To apply for a Non-B visa in-country, it is advised to have at least 15 days remaining on the initial visa, and extensions are typically only valid for tourism purposes. However, one alternative is to enter Thailand on the 14-day exemption, gather the necessary documents, and then travel to a neighboring country such as Cambodia or Laos to apply for the Non-B visa.
