Visiting Bangkok next week for 10 days with wife. Want to see if there are furnished apartments for rent on a monthly basis. Our budget is 25K-30K Baht range. Prefer 3-4 story apt buildings. Walk to BTS or MRT a must. We are planning on getting a long stay visa in the future. Thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is seeking furnished apartments in Bangkok for a 10-day stay with a budget of 25K-30K Baht. They prefer 3-4 story buildings with easy access to BTS or MRT. Comments suggest various rental options, with recommendations for places like Citadines and Dazzle Residence. Some users mention challenges with renting under 30 days and suggest checking agencies, Booking.com, or Airbnb, while also discussing future plans for long-term housing.
Book the 10 days at a serviced apartment in the area you are interested in long term or spilt the days btwn areas. 6 month min or more commonly 12 month lease is when you will find a nice place for the budget.
I also need the answer to this question. I've found agencies will only rent for minimum 12 months, air bnb is expensive and booking seem to set the monthly price as 30xprice per night. If you find a 30k monthly rent for 1-6 months can you please share
I just Googled 'condos to rent bangkok' and found several agencies with many places you can choose from. Even some of the tall buildings have apartments on the 4th floor, while others are offices or retail at that level. Your real problem is I understand Thai law does not allow private rentals less that 30 days. You could look on booking.dot com (for example) since they have many AirBnB type properties these days
Thanks - for this trip, we're all set. We are looking at getting an apartment in the near future for about 6 months or so, while we determine where to settle. Likely Hua hin
You want a townhouse with 3 to 4 floors? Or you mean a studio condo on 4th floor??
Bangkok modern accommodation is expensive, outside of Bangkok is obviously cheaper and 2 hours away like in jomtien you can get a very high standard one bedroom for this price
Just search apartments on Booking.Com. There are hundreds. I usually stay at Dazzle Residence Sukhumvit Soi 7, but Citadines have several apartment blocks in the Suk area.
