TLDR : Answer Summary
Currently, land borders to Thailand from neighboring countries are largely closed due to restrictions. Malaysia, Myanmar, and Laos have closed their borders, while Cambodia has limited open checkpoints, specifically the Poi Pet - Aranyaprathet border for essential travel. British and Irish passport holders may face challenges, and there is a note about a medical certificate being required.

Land borders with Thailand:

Malaysia closed their borders

Myanmar closed their borders

Laos closed their borders

Cambodia has a few border check points open today, but it seems from tomorrow onward only Poi Pet - Aranyaprathet border check point will be open for essential travel.

Thailand is closing borders as you can not travel to neighbor country anyway, no need to stay in full force to tell people, no border run available.

Only with the medical certificate. Agencies refuse to take citizens of the affected countries.
