Border bounce from Vientiane to Nong Khai to get a new Laos exemption stamp (NOT to get new Thai exemption stamp) - any problems on the Thai side at Nong Khai where they don't allow you to bounce back to Laos?

NB: I have a Singapore passport, so I'm eligible for visa exemption for both Thailand and Laos, no need VOA or evisa for either.

No issue today. Today was smooth, and the immigration officers were extremely nice. Then Thai immigration officers will be very happy to see that you don't stay long. If you have time, you can walk to the 7 eleven after the Thai border (remain on the left side and walk 50 meters).

Do you have a Thai visa? How many times have you entered Thailand (especially visa exempt) this year?

I haven't heard of any issues, but I also don't know if it's a common thing or not.
