Are There Any Complications with Returning to Thailand from Cambodia for a Flight to Europe?

hello everyone, maybe the question will be out of the topic and I apologize in advance: I am currently in Siem Reap and I want to come back to Thailand, however my return flight to Europe leaves from Bangkok, I have an Italian passport but I am in the Southeast Asia as early as February. The question is, could there be any complications with the visa issue? Has anyone crossed the border by air between Cambodia and Thailand in the past two days? or even today? As I wish I could book the flight that leaves after ten pm this evening. Given the nature of the question, it can also be answered in Italian.
