Can I leave Indonesia while my DTV visa application for Thailand is still being processed?
I applied for a DTV (Workcation) at the Royal Thai Embassy in Jakarta on June 4, and my application is still under review.
The issue is that I’m currently in Indonesia on a 30-day visa exemption (A1 visa), and my permission to stay expires on July 1. Since I can’t extend it, I’ll have to leave Indonesia if the DTV isn’t approved before then.
Has anyone been in a similar situation?
* Is it okay to leave Indonesia while my DTV application at the Thai Embassy in Jakarta is still being processed?
* Did the embassy continue processing your application after you left, or did they require you to remain in Indonesia until a decision was made?
* If you experienced this, could you share what happened?

I believe you can extend your stay for another 30 days just like in thailand. Try to check the condition. I know people who extends their tourist visa before.
