All nationalities are eligible for the DTV. So-called "restrictions" only pertain to where some passport holder may apply from. Many from "3rd world" countries should only apply from their home country. Even North Koreans are technically eligible, it's just that it would probably be quite difficult.Elías ********

There are no "ineligible" nationalities for the DTV, despite some websites claiming to list so-called "eligible" passport countries. If you search here somebody from Bangladesh got it, but he works in another country, which, then again is the point of the DTV.

Where did you get that list from? It's false because Nigerians are getting the DTV too but they're not in that bogus list.
