I arrived on a British passport. I’ve got 45 days but I’m getting a bit confused if I’m on a VOA or I’m on a Visa Exempt?
The stamp doesn’t say. Just says visa class - 45 days.
Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user, holding a British passport, is uncertain whether they are on a Visa Exempt entry or a Visa on Arrival (VOA) entry after receiving a stamp that allows for a 45-day stay in Thailand. Commenters clarify that British passports are classified as visa exempt, and the 45-day stamp corresponds to this exemption rather than a VOA.

British passports are visa exempt. VOA are for countries like India and China and so on where they have to buy an actual visa on arrival.
I’ve been to china several times and never visa on arrival , u need an actual visa in passport to enter a plane to china . VOA is Indonesia for example
