When can I withdraw my 800,000 THB down to 400,000 THB in Thailand after a visa extension?

It’s too much trouble! I just leave the 800,000 in the Bank! What happens if you have an Emergency? You should have at least 1.2 million Bhat in the Bank! Or Retire in the Philippines it’s cheaper! Less paperwork!
