I have been searching the threads about paperwork for Chaengwattana's COVID extension requirements and have found the following: Your passport and:
1) a copy of your data ("picture") page
2) a copy of your most recent visa (if you have one)
3) a copy of your most recent stamp
4) a copy of your departure card
5) TM30, filed in the immigration office.
6) TM7
7) COVID affidavit form STM 2 8 STM2
9) 2x passport pictures
10) 1,900 THB.
12) cancellation letter No embassy letter... correct? Thanks again for help with this 🙂
