Hello! My family (3 USA and 1 South Korean) and I will be visting Thailand in January and February next year. The USA fam members will do the 30 day visa exempt, plus a 30 day extension from Chiang Mai immigration. We will be staying with my brother and his Thai wife at their home in Chiang Mai for a few weeks in January, and hotels after that. My understanding is that we need to have a TM30 filed for all of us within 24 hours of arrival in Chiang Mai by the person who leases the property. Is this correct or am I reading the situation incorrectly?? Thanks for any and all advice 🙏. This group is a great resource👍👍.
