Ok, so I have a complicated question. I have recently learned that Mexican citizens can only get 15 days in Thailand and that can only be extended by 7 days. My wife is Mexican, and I am American. She does not have a visa for the USA. I am an ESL teacher with a NonB (work permit) I was wondering if my wife will be able to stay under my NonB visa/WP or will it depend on her passport and not her marital status?

Hi there, currently in Pattaya on a tourist visa and am working to obtain my TEFL certification within the next month. Would like to know where I might get the best info about obtaining a work visa? Ive been reading on various sites that a business visas required first and on others there's no mention.. Does this apply to ESL teachers also? Thanks
