Can I apply for the DTV via e visa process in Da Nang? How long does the process usually take?

Hi, can I ask if anyone has gone thru the same.. I have applied for a visa and it’s my first time. It’s just for 6 days and I sent my application 31/3 travelling on the 10/5. They sent me back my passport without a visa after 10 days and no letter or anything. I’ve emailed them and yes they’ve called me twice but I missed it. I tried to call back a minute after but no one answered. I’m just worried.

I’m currently waiting for them to reply me on email which I doubt that they will soon reply since they are on holiday til Monday to know if I’m missing any documents which I don’t think so and what I should do next.

How long does it normally take for a visa to be approved? Or basically the duration of the process?
