does anyone know how long business visa application documents are valid for from the time you receive them? i have mine ready but too early, been told they re only valid for 30 days, is this possible to extend or have to apply all over again?

You have yours but to early to apply for a visa? I not understand, you can leave the country, visit the Consulate as mentioned in the documents, apply for the visa, pick it up next working day and come back into Thailand.

IF your Extension of Stay must be cancelled and you did that and IF you have all documents to meet all the requirements set by the Thai Consulate you are going to visit I would say you can apply for a new Visa. As i do not know any detail, it is impossible to tell you, you can safely apply.

yes pretty complicated, anyway i think I got the answer already, i ll just have to cancel my current visa early then and go get the new one before the paperwork expires
