Hello. Please share the latest information who has it. In September we are going to do study ED visa in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. Prior to this, there was already a learning experience on an ED visa. But yesterday on 07/31/2019, we received an email from the school with approximately the following content:
"We have just got to know that Thai embassy in Hanoi will no longer give ED visa. But we don't know about Ho Chi Min and just wanted to inform you. Please check and let us know if you still want to go to Ho Chin Min."
After that, we strained, because the tickets to Vietnam and back to Thailand have already been paid, and a deposit has been paid for the visa too.
I ask everyone who knows at least something on this issue, or can directly clarify on the spot write here! From myself I would add that it still seems unrealistic to completely abolish Thai ED visas on the Vietnamese side, right? Maybe they changed some rules for schools or added new papers?
