I’m Lithuanian and currently staying in Vietnam. I want to apply for the new Destination Thailand Visa (DTV) but the process seems a bit confusing.
My documents (like work contract and company registration) are in Lithuanian — I’ll translate them to English, but I’m not sure if they need to be “authenticated by the Thai embassy” or if that’s still required with the new online system.
Has anyone applied for the DTV visa from Vietnam recently? Did you use an agency? Any advice or success stories would really help! 🙏
Has anyone successfully applied for a DTV whilst outside of their home country? We are currently between Malaysia/Indonesia and want to apply with British passports, but not sure if there’s a nearby embassy we can apply to.
yes I know, atm there are no international flights to Thailand. However, I'm hoping to be able to fly in soon (June, July,August, whatever), since I have a job lined up - so moving there to work. I think they will still ask for the 72 hour health certificate (fit to fly), stating that one is free of Corona. Does anybody know where I can get one of these? I'm in Germany atm. I already asked my doctor friend that is working at one of the clinics, she said she doesn't know. I heard from others before, that it was hard to get. But I mean, there has to be a place that provides you with it, so where to go once I can book my ticket?
