ORIGINAL POSTERHi. I have a single thai savings account keeping the 800k as well as monthly xfers of 65k. I regularly draw from the 65k for living expenses with a debit card.
I would like to seperate these to 2 different accounts so the 800k is 100% safe.
If I go to the bank and ask for a second account, is it important to keep the 800k in the same account? Or will immigration accept seeing it bump over to the other account?
I ask because of the debit card - if I should request one for the new account or if they tell me to use the one card for the current account. Hope that makes sense. I will ask the same question at the bank but welcome any pointers here for immigration purposes. Thanks
