Hello im currently on a non b teaching 1 year extension and ive ran into a small problem. My passport is about to expire and i know i need to renew it but my problem is that my passport is venezuelan and with the current situation there, there are no new passports being handed out at all. I called my embassy and they said they would stamp my passport with a temporary prolonged extension stamp. With that said do you think immigration will accept this? Ive heard some european countries are sympathizing with the situation in venezuela and they are accepting expired passports. Thoughts and ideas please would be appreciated
