TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking clarification on their visa status after their retirement visa expires on June 24. They have applied for a Long Term Retirement visa and are considering re-entering Thailand on June 25. Comments suggest that if their nationality is eligible for a visa exemption, they would likely receive a 30-day stamp upon re-entry. However, they should confirm with the Long Term Retirement units to ensure that this does not affect their ongoing application process for the Long Term Retirement visa.

If you are still in the application process then there should be no issues. But once you are approved for the LTR they will ask you for a copy of your entry stamp as part of your choice to pickup the LTR at the BOI. So make sure you don't leave and get a new stamp after you've already sent this, or it will interrupt your application.

Dear members, we don't allow discussion on whether the new visa measures might be implemented or not, on this post.

If your nationality is eligible for visa-exempt, yes, you will be stamped in for 30 days on it and 30 days tourism extension is applicable.

I would contact LTR BOI in advance to jump in that route to make sure there wouldn't be any issue for LTR processing in your case if the current status is changed (on retirement extension -> visa-exempt).

Better check if 5. note 3 or similar thing is applicable to your case.
