Will a 30-Day Visa Exempt stamp instead of a Non-B visa stamp cause issues at immigration for my early flight?

ORIGINAL POSTER
Quick question- I have a Non-B visa and came back into Thailand at Samui Airport last week and just noticed they stamped me in as 30-Day Visa Exempt (I have an Hong Kong passport) rather than the 90-day Non-B entry (the immigration officer seemed distracted and rushed). The length of allowed stay isn't an issue as I am flying out from BKK Airport to HKG tomorrow, but just wanted to make sure the fact that the entry stamp states Visa Exempt rather than Non-B won't cause any delays since they surely have my Visa on file as I make frequent entries, and always get stamped with the Non-B. Just seeing if I need to allot extra time to sort anything out at immigration since my flight is rather early.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is concerned about receiving a 30-Day Visa Exempt stamp instead of the expected 90-Day Non-B entry stamp upon re-entering Thailand at Samui Airport. They are flying out from Bangkok Airport the next day and want to know if this may cause delays at immigration despite having a valid Non-B visa on file.
