I have a us llc that has 0% tax, but the company is new so i still havent had my yearly tax fill. Will this give me issues with dtv application (applying in bali)?

i can prove the money in the bank, send my freelancer info and invoices but not much in terms of taxation

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is concerned that having a US LLC with 0% tax and no tax filings yet may impact their DTV application in Bali, despite being able to show proof of funds and freelance work.

Basically

1/ they want to show 500k to check that you have money to take care yourself

2/ they look that you have a activity, mainly because they don't want you to work locally, and that you have a activity ( if you show them big saving if you have low income it is better ( 15k is minimum ))

Anonymous participant you do realise that will change if you bring income into Thailand in any year you are a Thai tax resident (spend 180 days or more inside Thailand in a calendar year)? I think that's why they might want to see a tax history

Anonymous participant if you don’t have a tax return, you don’t have one to submit. I mean, that’s all you can really tell them.

Anonymous participant well when did you file for the LLC? It’s a show on the paperwork the filing date and if it’s this year, then you couldn’t file taxes yet, I would probably just write them a letter of explanation.
