I have a us llc that has 0% tax, but the company is new so i still havent had my yearly tax fill. Will this give me issues with dtv application (applying in bali)?

i can prove the money in the bank, send my freelancer info and invoices but not much in terms of taxation

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is concerned that having a US LLC with 0% tax and no tax filings yet may impact their DTV application in Bali, despite being able to show proof of funds and freelance work.

Basically

1/ they want to show 500k to check that you have money to take care yourself

2/ they look that you have a activity, mainly because they don't want you to work locally, and that you have a activity ( if you show them big saving if you have low income it is better ( 15k is minimum ))

Anonymous participant they can ask but if you can show the company registration that should help. Do you pay tax anywhere? That you can also show

not really, been digital nomading for a while so I'm not a tax resident anywhere , and the company pays 0 tax

Anonymous participant you do realise that will change if you bring income into Thailand in any year you are a Thai tax resident (spend 180 days or more inside Thailand in a calendar year)? I think that's why they might want to see a tax history

Participant(e) anonyme you can show them personal tax report and not company tax report. Or a certified accounting report should be ok too.

well, lots of people with these 0 tax LLC's, maybe someone has experience

Anonymous participant if you don’t have a tax return, you don’t have one to submit. I mean, that’s all you can really tell them.

I just wonder if that would pass

Anonymous participant well when did you file for the LLC? It’s a show on the paperwork the filing date and if it’s this year, then you couldn’t file taxes yet, I would probably just write them a letter of explanation.
