Why is obtaining a visa for Thailand so complicated for remote workers?
Well I've submitted all the extra things they asked for.
Its so difficult to get this visa. I have savings and earning enough to support and my girlfriend. I have a british passport and visited Thailand many times without incident. Why did they make so complicated for genuine remote workers?
For context I have even living in Georgia and working remotely for 5 years and many other places.

You’ve visited Thailand many times? It sounds like you might of done border runs?
This can be a red flag to your acceptance.
Also your bank statement must not be screenshotted and has to be the full script for legitimacy. Not just the main pages

Having a "British passport" isn't the flex you think it is. I got my DTV in less than a week applying with my Ugandan passport.

The consulate reserve the rights and authority to request further documents at their discretion. Stop whining about it if you really want this cheap and easy visa. LOL

I think Thailand is not for you if you think this is complicated hahaha cheapest and easiest visa I have ever obtained.

You need to apply from your country of residence or passport country and now you need a police background check
