Which city should I apply for a visa: Hanoi, Taipei, or KL, considering my contractor job and Muay Thai school?

DTV question (Hanoi vs Taipei vs KL) (Softpower vs Job contract)

I’m a contractor for a company and I have my own freelance business.

First question is which one of those 3 should I go apply next week?

Second question would be should I go through to Muay Thai school route or rely on my contractor job position? (Not sure if it matters, I’m a sales director as a contractor, not full time employee)
