TLDR : Answer Summary
The inquiry is about which banks in Thailand accept the DTV Visa for self-processing. Responses indicate that TTB Bank accepts it, particularly noted by a user in Chiang Mai. However, there are conflicting comments suggesting that new regulations may prevent opening bank accounts without a work permit, leading to uncertainty about current options.
