TLDR : Answer Summary
This post outlines a successful application for a DTV visa submitted from Bern, Switzerland. It includes a timeline showing submission and approval dates, a list of uploaded documents, and tips for handling the visa upon arrival in Thailand, such as printing the visa email. Community comments offer additional advice and personal experiences related to the visa process.
I got my brand new DTV. I love it so much that I show it everywhere I go. For us who love ladyboys or those who are married to a bar girl is a big win for us and thatβs why we keep going to Thailand.

Thank You for your helpful report π
Congratulations πππ
PRINT OUT THE EMAIL THAT HAS YOUR DTV VISA.
That's what you should do... print it out.
You may have to show PROOF of your DTV Visa to airline staff on check-in for your flight βοΈ to Thailand...even to the connecting airline staff. Or to the land border crossing entry Thai Immigration Officer.
Upon arrival into Thailand, show the DTV visa to the Thai Immigration Officer and look at the STAMP placed in your passport to be sure you are STAMPED in for 180 days.
Thank you sir! No i've been to Thailand many times but only for short vacation.

I hope that was smooth process for you, how long have you had your remote business if i may ask? Is there any tips and tricks help you trough out the process that you can share
approvals come out on the weekend all the time. Immigration has nothing to do with Visa requests from outside the country, it's the Ministry of foreign affairs
Not unusual to get a DTV in 2 days, Taiwan issued DTVS within 8 hours with their in person application, now can get it within 2 days online. London has a record of 2 day approvals. Recently someone in Brazil approved within a day.
