I posted yesterday about the tourist exempt visa and borders, It wasn't a question about transport I can quite easily work that out myself. But where do I find information about the borders in southern Thailand and the info they ask/ don't ask recently for example I'd rather keep 40k (family) in my bank as no means of putting it back there. Background: we have had a non O Dec to March. Then 60 day TV, we left Thailand 16 April. And will be returning beg of June. My daughter didn't have TV just non O for various reasons, so she has a note about no fine under 15 in her passport.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking specific information about border requirements for southern Thailand, particularly in relation to keeping a certain amount of money in the bank and recent changes in immigration rules. They are returning to Thailand with a background of holding a Non-O visa and a 60-day tourist visa, and they mention their daughter's situation regarding visas.
