thanks. I have been logging in this website and everytime I click the TM47, it just keep giving me the instruction but it does not go into the site where I can click apply.

when you get to the instructions, scroll all the way to the bottom and click the yellow button.

You then get a notification stating that the security cert (https) is not in place. You can continue to the site or wait till they fix that.
