Hi Guys I am in the process of receiving my paperworks from my new employer in Phuket to get my Non-Immigrant (B) Business Visa.

I have been with my partner for the past 3 years and officially registered in a De Facto Relationship since 2019 in Australia.

From my understanding Thailand only accepts marriage hence I am seeking your help to see which other options I may have to have my partner with me in Thailand.

Thanks in advance for your help.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on visa options for their partner to join them in Thailand while they process their Non-Immigrant (B) Business Visa. Suggestions from the community include the partner obtaining a job, securing an ED Visa to study in Thailand, entering on a tourist visa and possibly getting married, or exploring the Elite Visa for a longer stay.

Sorry I don't know the answers. Someone on here may or there may be other posts about it in the group topics. As long as you have the documents and prepare then it doesn't take very long and there are lots of agencies that will help but at a cost.

I was just coming from the angle that if not being married was the problem it would be possible to get married. Maybe there are alternative visa types you could consider depending on how long you need to be in Thailand and what you need to do there. Best of luck.
