I have one important question and I hope you can help me.
I want to learn the Thai language and a girl told me, that I could go to school and I would also be permitted to work then. Do you know how the name of this kind of visa?
Second question: do you know a school? ;) Otherwise I will ask google.
I will be again in three weeks in Thailand and I could start immediately :)

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post inquires about a visa that allows for both studying the Thai language and working in Thailand. Responses mention that while a combination of work and study is sought, an Education Visa (Ed Visa) typically does not permit work. Suggestions for language schools include specific institutions like the School of Joy in Koh Samui and online courses.
There is a top notch school on the small Island of Koh Samui, called the School of Joy.
I'm sure you can find it in a search.
another option is an on line class that teaches you how to read Thai, a good program, and really helps with proper "sounds" it's called "Learn Thai from a White Guy" Don't work, just live and learn.
It is a very unusual visa, and they have it as some type of agreement - Australia has the same visa for Thailand (where a Thai can go to Australia and work and holiday). I never heard of anyone getting that visa though.
