Hello people,

I’m 30 years old, I’ve worked in sales and then u switched my career of freelance in cybersecurity for different companies last 6 years. Since it’s 24*7 job I’ve lost control over my health. I’m trying to learn the sector of real estate. I don’t know what is the way and what exactly is the structure to go step wise. I apologise to write in This group because there many experts and experience people here.

Any response would be appreciated I’ve been coming to Thailand from past 7years . So I’ll be in April can work to learn ! No money need just experience of how the core of business work !!

Why not ask Dr Patil where you studied Engineering. Have done a lot for a thirty year old. Shouldn't need advise from strangers, surely.

Ignore this looser first, now let's come to your question about gaining experience in real estate sector in thailand so first of all you can't work on tourist visa even if it's not paid, and if company wants to hire resources from other country why would they do visa and work permit for a person who doesn't have any work experience. My advice would be find a cyber security related job in Thailand and then there itself you can work as a free agent by associating with real estate companies and then can find work in reas estate

thanks for the response! Ive already worked with Netka system for 3 months as a free lance but I don’t get time to meet people as im doing free lance so there is no time for me.

But I’ll switch and try as per your advice!
