1. Is there a time limit between getting the visa and entering Thailand?

2. I will be entering on a Sailing Boat into Phuket, check-in is a small immigration Centre at the end of Chalong pier, is this going to be an issue?

3. I will be on a boat and moving around with no real fixed address, will this be a problem for getting a bank account?

4. For getting the 1 year extension after 90 days I would go with 800k in the bank, once I get the extension can I withdraw (couple of months later) but switch to 65k a month (deposits will start straight away to show 12 at the end of the year)

5. With the 65k a month international deposit, can you spend that each month or does it have to be left untouched?

the port authority will issue a certificate that you are mooring in their port, and  on this port residence proof  you can get TM30 registered at the Immigration that serves this location

On a Non-0 you will only get a stay of 90 days. About 1 month before your stay expires you will need to apply for a 1 year extension. At that time you dont have 12 monthly transfers, i.e.  either 400k (marriage) or 800k (retirement) on your Thai bank account, or you have to investigate exactly which options for proving monthly income is available between the Immigration in question and your Embassy or MFA in your home country. If over 50 years old Non-OA is another option, where you dont need 800k for 1 year visa upfront.
