Start your own company and write yourself a letter from your company stating you are an employee and can work in thailand remotely if its for dtv visa
Im am a company director and the companies Managing Director, and i was in the same situation. I wrote my resume and my job description as if i was the HR manager, and that was enough for them... if you're a content creator surely you have the talent to create (fabricate) these...
If you’re self-employed, you won’t have an HR letter. Instead, prepare your own employment confirmation letter and include supporting documents like bank statements, invoices, or proof of income to show financial stability and ongoing work.
Combine the bank statement with the payment received screenshots in one Pdf and provide them with a cover letter mentioning the details your nature of work and your payment source.
Check YT...there's plenty of people that go over the process. You basically need to write the letterhead for yourself, as the owner and sole employee of your company. Also explain in the letter that you do not work with Thai clients and that your revenue is strictly earned abroad.
Victor Rothhaas i have checked and i didn't find anyone with the same situation.. may you please give me any title or link for any video that can help?
Imagine you worked for a company, now think how would you prove it, contract, payslips, tax records etc. Now apply those rules to your business, how are you going to demonstrate you have real employment? Business name, company registration, tax records, income and so on, now if you're just doing it for cash and not paying tax then you've got zero chance of demonstrating you have an established business.
I guess you mean the DTV? You can apply as a content creator but you should show your income and preferably that you are registered to pay tax on your income. As to a letter from HR you can just write an explanation but also include the fact you won't work with any Thai entities or clients inside Thailand
Ian DelMar why not? every service can be done by freelance. It's just a description of one's working situation. Some are employees, others are freelancers. But it's not regarding any specific skills or services.
