Hey, has anyone had any experience with not doing the 90 day reporting (it’s my own fault, I had no idea about it).

I stayed 1 x 120 day period and 1 x 178 day period in which I leave tomorrow.

Should I go straight to immigration when I’m back or will I sort this out next time when I actually do the 90 day report now I know about it 😅🙏
Answer summary
The user is concerned about missing the 90-day reporting required for their visa in Thailand. The community responds with various suggestions, such as addressing the issue upon return to Thailand or waiting until the next reporting date. Most participants believe that any fines incurred would likely be minimal (around 2000 THB), and some doubt that authorities will notice the missed reporting. Additionally, it's clarified that the TM30 form is related to the landlord's obligation, while the 90-day report is the visa holder's responsibility.

Just leave the country when you're scheduled to leave and the officers at passport control will not care in the least if you ever have filed a 90-day reporter not because that is not their job.

You will have no issues stamping back into the country either.

thank you :) I’ll do it next time, it’s likely I’ll be fined at the immigration office when I do my first one?

Anonymous participant i seriously doubt they will even notice that you didn't file a 90 day report during your previous entry/stay..

If they do you might be fined, but I would bet dollars to durian they won't even catch it

You must have a TM30 posted by the owner of where you stay and then just do your next 90-day report on time. You can report (in person) upto 15 days before the due date or upto 7 days after

Just wait till the next 90 day reporting…at worst they will give you 2000 baht fine

If they do make ask you why you didn’t do it (unlikely)….just say you talked to your condo owner and they told you they already reported your address for you

RelaxingFrog7053 TM30 is the obligation of your landlord. 90 day report needs a TM30 but it's the obligation of the visa holder. Two separate matters

RelaxingFrog7053 thanks. I missed the first two (I didn’t do my research haha) so I assume I’ll possibly pay two fines?

Probably just one 2000 baht but most probably nothing tbh…..I doubt they will check through your stamps enough to check if you missed before ….

It’s normally only an issue if you go try get some residence certificate ? And you didn’t report address after 90 days during your current stay

I’ve applied for many extensions etc at immigration after missing previous 90 day reporting and they’ve never flagged it but who knows
