TLDR : Answer Summary
When proving your infant's location as a dependent, options include taking a family photo at a local landmark, using utility bills or driver’s licenses from your home country, showing a visa entry stamp in the child's passport if you are outside Thailand, or obtaining a doctor’s note with the clinic's address.

Are you in your home country or in another country outside Thailand? You can use a utility bill or your driver's license in your home country or a visa entry stamp in the child's passport if abroad.
