I got an ED Visa renewed at Chiang Mai immigration:
- Arrived at 5:40am, there were already about 15 people ahead of me.
- They passed out queue numbers at about 7:00am, at this point there were about 50 people there. I was number 6 in my category (there are many categories).
- They start serving people at about 7:30 am. The photocopy place across the street is open at this point. The passport photo place opens at 8-ish.
- My number was called just after 9am.
- I paid 1900THB and collected my stamped passport around 10am. At this point there was a hundred people in the office at least. I was glad I turned up as early as I did.
Good luck. I hope this is useful to anyone.
