Received: 18 Feb (Tuesday at Noon)

Passport: CANADA

Previous Visa: ED VISA ( 1 year 9 months )

Place: Hanoi, Vietnam

Documents Provided:

* Location - Address (written out on page 2 of my application)

* Visa stamp entry (submitted on page 4)

Muay Thai paperwork ( 6 months package )

* Acceptance Letter

* ⁠⁠Receipt

* ⁠⁠Gym registration

* ⁠⁠ID of owner

* ⁠⁠Photo of the gym

* ⁠⁠Cover letter

* ⁠⁠Business Registration

* Gym: Phuket - Phuket King Muay Thai Tom Watkins

Bank Balance

* 6 months with the balance

Occupation

* Unemployed

*NOTE: My passport was issued in BANGKOK, but for ISSUING AUTHORITY, but I put CANADA.

Entered at BKK: No problems. We said hi to each other. BKK was my connecting flight to Phuket
