TLDR : Answer Summary
The user successfully got their Destination Thailand Visa (DTV) approved, detailing their timeline from submission on December 9 to approval on January 2 without needing additional documentation. They shared insights into their income status during the application and mentioned that precise documentation submission is crucial. The community engaged with congratulatory comments and inquiries about the application process, document requirements, and ongoing obligations post-visa approval.
You may have to show PROOF of your DTV Visa to airline staff on check-in for your flight βοΈ to Thailand...even to the connecting airline staff. Or to the land border crossing entry Thai Immigration Officer.
Upon arrival into Thailand, show the DTV visa to the Thai Immigration Officer and look at the STAMP placed in your passport to be sure you are STAMPED in for 180 days.
I did it at Paris ambassy too. But for workation and it was faster, was pending after a week and required additional documents (french company registration). Then after 5 days it got approved, it was 5 months ago.
Congrats! For the 500,000 baht how long do we have to put it in the bank account if I may ask. Can we just put it while we apply for the visa and take it out after you got the visa?
