What is the monthly income requirement for a Non-O visa to visit children via the UK embassy, and can funds be in either a UK or Thai account?

Does anybody know the monthly amount that needs to be shown to apply for a Non O to visit children via UK embassy.??

Also, if applying from UK do the funds need to be in a UK sterling account or THB Thai account or are both acceptable?
