What is the best long-term visa option for moving to Thailand from the UK, a multiple entry tourist visa or an education visa for learning Thai?

Hi all, very new to looking at visas..... I'm looking at moving to Thailand for as long as possible from the UK - which is the best / longest visa - the multiple entry tourist one or the education one where I learn Thai? Any other suggestions on which visa I select please? I am currently in the UK and would like to sort out from here. Thanks
