Hi im looking for for a thai language school in near kathu who also help with education visas?

Need to know what type of visa id need to get before leaving Australia?

Get a TR60 visa from Sydney as you will need time for the school to do all the paperwork

nope Australia does not do evisa.

You do pre approval online then send passport and paperwork to Sydney.

I know as I am also Perth and done it many times in the past but don't need to now
