Thailand, and philippines almost always get denied visas as they can't prove they have a good enough reason to return home, it happened with my GF before she was my wife, she needed to prove "significant savings" in a phil bank, she had to prove an "above average job" and she had to prove "necessary family ties" that would require her to return home. It's almost impossible unless you are in the top 10 percent of people who are well off there.
At the visa interview they will evaluate if she has enough ties to Thailand to keep her from overstaying in america. 99% of the time it will be denied, and they will tell her to have her us citizen boyfriend apply for a K1 marriage visa
Bro all these trolls are going to tell you no base on the fact that you will be nothing special when she is in the land of farangs. But I will tell you that it is a stupid idea because inflation is crazy. Unless she wants to spend a day of her salary on Chipotle or you want to be held back financially on her visit, I'd advise you to lie to her and say it is next to impossible.
A young single Thai getting a U.S. visa is a difficult process. The biggest help is having a steady job in Thailand, possibly a condo or home in their name and a history of visiting other countries and returning to Thailand within the visa parameters. The U.S. government is looking for strong ties to Thailand which gives them confidence they well return to Thailand.
