Import excel? What excel document do I need to upload? I don’t see where I should upload the passport photo of our guest.

Excel spreadsheet used by hotels for multiple entries in one go. Don’t worry about it.

You don't upload the photo. It only wants the information it asks for.

The excel upload is for hotels etc that keep track of everyone in an excel during the day and then upload that single file instead of entering all the information and clicking submit 100 times.
