Hi my husband and i are from Australia and are each applying for the O-A Visa for Thailand. I hope you can help with have a few questions :

Do we:

1. Have to put an arrival date & flight number? We are waiting to see if the visa is approved first.

2. Need a guarantor in Thailand

3. Put the name of the hotel we will stay in until we find accomodation? 

4. Make copies of all pages in our passport or just the main page?
