What does it mean when the eVisa status changes from 'pending document check' to 'pending approval'?

Curious - once the evisa page changes from "pending document check" to "pending approval", does that generally mean that they will NOT require any further documentation? Or, is it possible they may still ask for more documents? Anybody have any experience with this?

TLDR : Answer Summary
When the eVisa status changes from 'pending document check' to 'pending approval,' it generally indicates that the application is being processed and that no further documentation should be required. However, experiences vary depending on the embassy; some applicants have reported being asked for additional documents even at this stage. Overall, many users believe 'pending approval' suggests that approval is likely imminent without the need for more documents.

You can not put any significant meaning into that.

It differs what they mean on different embassies.

In my experience it means pending approval means that you are approved and no additional documentation is required. Congrats 🎈

Following. I got asked for 1 extra document which I submitted and then it changed to pending approval for the last 2 days. I imagine that means they don't need anything else
