TLDR : Answer Summary
To complete your 90-day reporting with a non OA visa in Thailand, you need to bring the filled-out TM47 application form, your TM30 receipt showing your residency registration, and your passport.

There are OVER 80 immigration offices in the country so saying where you are and what office you might use can be helpful.

As a general rule you need a filled out TM47 application for 90 day report (that you can download or get at the immigration office) you need the TM30 receipt showing you're registered as staying at your address in thailand (as they can check you have it) and you need your passport.
