Can someone please tell me (from experience only) what documents were you required to show during the first/second STV extension in Bangkok?

Same documents that you had go show when you applied for the STV visa ...proof of insurance and proof of prepaid place to stay address in Thailand.

Bangkok is strict, and requires the same documents that was used to submit the STV request. I'm attaching an e-mail I received from Bangkok Immigration about what is required for the 90 day extension of stay based on STV.

 an insurance company that provides the dual insurance required. Cannot be just any travel insurance. Best you contact your current insurer for assistance
