What was your experience like using the drive-through immigration in Phuket?
My husband and I just came back from Phuket immigration, and used the drive through! Not even 5 minutes! Staff were very friendly and spoke really good English. Very impressed and fast! Well done.

OPHaha yes very true...but we were on a bike so all good...its a bit confusing as you go into the entrance its right there, can't miss it..some people just don't know what to do! But great idea and very convenient!

Good to see that it's open. Strange that the window you access there is on the passenger side of the car not the drivers side :O
