Applying in a few weeks at Vientiane.

Just need to clarify a few things on documents from ppl who applied there and in general.

1 . Does the letter from your clients need to be signed by them

EG the letter stating you can work remotely as well as the contract.

2 . If my german client sends his company certificate in german will it need translating.

3 . does each client need a letter of approval to work remotely and a contract

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post seeks clarification on document requirements for a remote work visa application in Vientiane, including whether client letters need signatures, if German company certificates require translation, and if each client needs separate letters of approval. Comments indicate that the application process is relatively straightforward, with examples of what documents were submitted by others.

I just got approved today in Laos. It’s really not that strict. I just sent them my business registration, an overview of my invoices from this year and my website. Didn’t show any contracts or letters showing I can work remotely.

wow really so no letters from clients to allow you to work remotely or client contracts. Ive already prepared my business registration, and print outs of the 500k and conversion to thai baht plus print outs of income to the company account in both Wise and my bank, however im thinking they will ask me for client letters and their company info if i provide that.

Nah they won’t, I didn’t even show any income to the company/personal account either. The only thing they care about is the 500k baht 😄
