Hi!

Background: expired Non-B, no longer working, my country border is closed, can get an embassy letter.

What other documents do I need to get extension beyond 26 September?

Cheang Wattana or Muang Thong Thani?

Will the extension start from 27 Sept or the day I apply?

TLDR : Answer Summary
An individual with an expired Non-B visa seeks advice on obtaining an extension beyond September 26 due to the closure of their home country's borders and their ability to obtain an embassy letter. They inquire about necessary documents for the extension, the appropriate Immigration Office to visit, and the effective start date of the extension.

All you can do is get the letter, visit the Immigration Office in Cheang Wattana as you did use a Non Immigrant B visa and try to explain the situation in your country and the international view on your country, best thing that could happen is you get another 30 days to find the flight or they say no and you still have to leave before 26 Sep.

And on what reason do you think to apply for a new Extension of Stay?

1. Passengers are not allowed to enter Mongolia.

- This does not apply to nationals of Mongolia.

- This does not apply to permanent residents of Mongolia.

But do not worry, Immigration does not use internet

only allowed in via repatriation flights. There's a very few ones and long list of people. So they are giving priority to elderly, families with young kids, sick people etc. Which I am not. So I won't get on a flight for months. There's been protests and anger from the community abroad, no results yet.

I can't return as the border is closed for all in my country. So I can get a letter from my embassy.

. So you've answered your question yourself. Go to immigration and be guided.

I think the question is "which one?"
